Other Series
Mike Smith enumerates 89 different series of Canadian postcards in his book (with some series having multiple subseries), as well as MacFarlane's view cards. MacFarlane also published many cards in the USA. I have collected only a small percentage of what MacFarlane published. Some of the other, non-patriotic cards are shown below.
Most of what is shown below is from Series 76, with the last card from Series 84.
Series 76 was produced by the Photochrom Co. Ltd. of London, England, and is seen with serveral backs. This design is also seen in other countries, such as South Africa during that same era. It would appear that MacFarlane had secured the rights from Photochrom to distribute Canadian-themed cards in Canada.
